i guessed you used chopsticks in shanghai and i think the plate you are showing is called the Heavens Dog and i think the dumpling flavors are pork, crab and linguica sausage,(Brazilian Flavor.)
i guess you were on the top 10th floor.

Thanks Eyas! It is nice to be back. I certainly did use chopsticks and the dumplings were chicken flavour as there is a small chicken made out of carrot in the middle of the dish. I did have some pork and crab ones, they were delicious. Very good guess about which floor I was on, it was actually the 8th floor. Thanks you for replying!
